Go-to market strategy & online messaging


The HTC initiative was to vibrantly market the brand and brilliance of the new HTC ONE mobile device. The smart phone was highly innovative and had a great deal of interest as it was the first to introduce the metal body, the duo camera and dual tone finish.


We engaged with HTC and created a technical team to drive the overall go-to market strategy and online messaging. We built and managed a team of technical wand content writers, UX developers, geopolitical editors, web producers, quality assurance engineers and marketing program managers for HTC’s Digital Marketing division. This team worked closely with the HTC Marketing team to execute the overall product communications. We focused on HTC’s portfolio of products for website launches, updates and maintenance.

Enabled HTC marketing team to launch campaigns simultaneously, on time and under budget. We strategically partnered to drive the go to market plans.  We worked closely with the director and strategy managers to deliver end user content for marketing efforts while showcasing brand highlights, mobile features and innovations on the website. We coordinated with local and int’l teams along with being able provide coverage in multiple regions and time zones. Our team seamlessly integrated to successfully drive the overall marketing and communications plans supporting the content creation for the product launches.
